How Twin Galaxies defeated the dumbest lawsuit in gaming history: Part 2

Okay, it’s the big day! As promised, I’m going to dissect some legal technicalities, lingering questions, and alternate outcomes, as I outline why Twin Galaxies’ out-of-court settlement with disgraced gaming fraud Billy Mitchell was a good thing for non-cheaters everywhere. How Twin Galaxies defeated the dumbest lawsuit in gaming history: Part 1

Unfortunately, Jirard chose to use this one-time opportunity to deflect responsibility, and to issue veiled threats of legal retaliation against the people covering the story. If this was supposed to be an “apology”, it could actually be the worst apology of all time.
