It’s official! Billy Mitchell has waved the white flag, coming to terms on a settlement with Twin Galaxies. While Billy did manage to clutch onto a couple shreds of undeserved dignity, his lawsuit against Twin Galaxies was otherwise an overwhelming defeat.

If this was supposed to be an “apology”, it could actually be the worst apology of all time.
